I grew up with a BBQ place right around the corner. They catered the Dallas Cowboys events for years in the 70s and 80s. When the owner passed away they closed. I have been searching for 15 years for anything that compared to Freds BBQ ...
Best place for BBQ in the area in my opinion! Never had any issues here with the food quality and the owners are there working nonstop and are some of my favorite people around. If you havent tried Got Smoked you really are missing out.
I will never get breakfast burritos any where else again as long as this place is in business. They have excellent brisket burritos, they are very fulfilling and generously stuffed. I havent tried their lunch menu yet but after this breakfast burrito I cant wait. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I knew waiting in line had to mean it was good and man it sure was! Best brisket breakfast burrito Ive ever had. Friendly owners that work hard. Plus they made sure to to tell me happy Mothers Day was a great bonus as a small gesture. The giant burrito was only 5. Will be coming back often.
